Ian IsonJo Herbert
Jo was born in Coventry. Her parents run a pub so it was a bit of a culture shock when she moved to Burbage 10 years ago and bought her very first house.
After leaving school Jo trained at Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital as a Medical Secretary. She still enjoys working part-time as a Medical Secretary to the Diabetic Specialist, Dr Paul McNally, at Hinckley & District Hospital.
She joined Oak FM (then Fosseway Radio) in November 2006 in the advertising department but soon realised she wanted to be 'on air'. With a little persuasion from Ian Ison she took over the evening show 7-11pm pretty soon after joining and went from there to covering various day-time shows.
Jo has 1 son, Harry, aged 10 who one day hopes to be on the stage himself and is very proud of mum on the radio!
