It follows local authority spending cuts
The first of Warwickshire's community libraries opens next month.
Bedworth Heath Community Centre will be home to an Honesty Library - stocking fifteen hundred books.
It follows a review by the county council who looked to cut costs by getting volnuteers to run some of the less frequented libraries.
Meanwhile a public meeting on the future of Camp Hill's library - which is also underthreat - takes place on February 15th.
