Charity Motorcycle Ride

Charity Motorcycle Ride in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support
Ollerton, Notts – Land’s End – John O’Groats – Ollerton, Notts

Some friends and I are going to ride a 2000 mile route of non-motorway roads from Ollerton to Land’s End up to John O’Groats and then back to Ollerton. The tour will commence on Easter Monday, 9th April 2012 returning to Ollerton on Saturday 14 April 2012.

I am sure that we have all at some point had a relative or friend who has suffered from Cancer and this is a great way of showing your support.

All the riders have had personal experience of this and we all feel that as we are riding this iconic route we should make a contribution to the great work that Macmillan do. We will be dedicating the tour as a tribute to those who live with cancer on a daily basis and in memory of those who have unfortunately lost their fight.  During these difficult and often heart breaking circumstances, Macmillan Cancer Support can give a variety of valuable support and advice to sufferers and their families.
It is because of the amazing work of Macmillan Cancer Support that we have been inspired to undertake this challenge.
