Try not to fall into the trap of believing that the only drinks available to you are the ones you watch on TV or listen to on the radio. Don’t believe for a second that “Coke adds life ” or that you need a vitamin water, an energy drink or a sports drink or that you can get your daily need for fruits and vegetables in one type of drink. “Fruit juice” for you or your child should also be a rare pleasure. Not a daily drink.
