8 Drinks Better for Your Health: According to Celebs!

Try not to fall into the trap of believing that the only drinks available to you are the ones you watch on TV or listen to on the radio. Don’t believe for a second that “Coke adds life ” or that you need a vitamin water, an energy drink or a sports drink or that you can get your daily need for fruits and vegetables in one type of drink. “Fruit juice” for you or your child should also be a rare pleasure. Not a daily drink.

Pure water

Is always an important drink in everyone’s daily diet. You should try drinking 4 or more glasses of contaminant-free water a day, depending on your height and how much you sweat.

Green tea

Is a miracle drink-you should drink this daily.

Herbal Tea

Pouring tea

There are many types and flavors such as apricot, strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, lemon, mint, chamomile etc. Make sure you buy caffeine-free teas. Other herbal teas can be processed into ice cubes or enjoyed chilled with a little lemon juice. Use different types of tea to enjoy herbal tea during the week. Sweeten your tea minimally and avoid any artificial sweeteners.

Lemon juice and water

Use in a cup of hot or cold water litre 8 teaspoons of ground ginger and 1 teaspoon lemon juice (if you prefer a stronger flavour, add more lemon juice and ginger). If this drink disturbs the stomach or creates a burning sensation, this is often a sign of unresolved inflammation of the upper GI. Contact your dietitian. This drink is great if you have a cold or flu.

Coffee

Most people have the impression that coffee can be unhealthy. This is not true, and some studies have shown that moderate coffee consumption has a health benefit-1-2 cups in the morning are fine. Try to avoid afternoon or evening consumption. The “need ” for coffee at these times indicates poor blood sugar equalization. Always use minimal sweeteners and avoid all artificial sweeteners and coffee cream substitutes. Use real milk or cream if needed, avoid adding flavours and avoid any of these coffee drinks (some can contain over 300 calories).

Fresh fruit juice

Various fruit juices, such as apricot, raspberry, guava, strawberry, lemonade, pear, apple and grapefruit and many others, are available if you don’t have time or opportunity to make them fresh. For a refreshing change, add some fruit juice and lemon juice to your herbal tea. Remember that fruit juices have a high sugar content and are therefore best limited to the “indulgence” category. It’s always a good idea to dilute fruit juice with equal parts spring water. Remember that fresh fruit and its juices, especially in season, are preferred over cans, bottles or frozen foods.

Juicing

If you have a juicer, you can use it and make your own fruit and vegetable juices. Remember that “eating” all the vegetables or fruit is always better than just drinking the juice. If you’re trying to lose weight, juices aren’t a good choice until your weight or blood sugar balance has improved.

Alcohol

It’s a myth that alcohol is not a good choice and if you want to be healthy you need to avoid alcohol. If you opt for alcohol (personal preference), a glass of wine or beer is not a problem for most people. There are studies that occasionally charge some potential health benefits of 1-2 drinks. If you are pregnant or have another state of health that contraindicates alcohol, you should naturally abstain.
